Our air freight rates vary depending on factors such as the
size and weight of your shipment. For personalized rate
quotes, please check our rates page or check within the app.
If you have any doubts about the weight of your packages you
can re-weigh for packages at the time before collection in
store. Any changes that will be made is substantiated by
proof, please note we cannot honour any weight discrepancy
after you have left our store location.
It can take 24-48 hours for your package to be processed and
updated into the system.
Storage fee begins 14days after holding your packages. The
storage fee is $100 per day after 14 days.
The Florida Warehouse opens Monday – Friday from 7:30 am –
6pm local time and on Saturdays from 7:30 -4pm, the
wearhouse is close on Sundays. Shipments arriving outside of
these hours will be reattempted the next business day.
With our expedited air freight services, shipments to
Jamaica typically take as little as 1-3 days to arrive. We
operate with five (5) shipments per week to ensure frequent
and timely deliveries.
We ship to Jamaica five (5) times per week, providing you
with multiple opportunities to send your shipments and
ensuring fast and reliable delivery to your destination.
RoyalShipz Couriers recommends that all packages are checked
before leaving our office. Packages collected and leaves our
office we are not liable for missing or damage items.
RoyalShipz Couriers does not charge duty fees in excess of
$100 USD without providing a Reference # (customs
verification # for duty charge) generated by Jamaica Customs
Agency.
RoyalShipz Couriers however does charge processing fees for invoices in excess of $100 USD once duty was not charged on the package.
